Controlsil is a member of our Lubricants product range. The maintenance of machinery within the manufacturing industry requires regular use of a
lubricant. However, many instances necessitate lubrication, but without the unwanted follow-up cleaning traditional products can bring. Controlsil is a high quality silicone based aerosol lubricant which sprays onto areas almost dry, offering excellent durability. After spraying, the product will not creep, resulting in a non-drag surface over which contact areas glide effortlessly.
This product is economical and of high quality, for use on areas where lubrication is required, but an immediate clean hard wearing surface is essential. Controlsil is a versatile product which can be used within the high or low temperature range.
Typical applications for this product may include:- Injection plastic moulding, food manufacturing & processing, wrapping and packaging, printing machinery, machine maintenance, car dash boards, and any other type of area where a clean, non-stick immediately workable surface is essential.
