Occasionally we may be out of stock of a product and such a product would normally be despatched in approximately 5-10 working days.

Please note that all delivery times quoted are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control. However, we will always endeavour to deliver within the times quoted.

Free UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £100 (excl. VAT). Orders under £100 (excl. VAT) will be charged delivery at £9
Chemaide uses a mixture of our own drivers and quality couriers depending on the product, order size and delivery location. We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an email when your order is despatched and you can expect your order to arrive in the next 2-5 working days.
