Rust Releasing Agent
Bulk Release is part of our Lubricant product family. Any mechanical device containing fixings such as nuts and bolts can be prone to the effects of rust and grime. These corrosive substances cause costly seizures resulting in idle, inefficient appliances. Bulk Release is a penetrating fluid that ensures smooth running machinery by loosening fixings and preventing further corrosion.
This fast acting liquid release agent breaks down rust and removes grease, dust, dirt and sludge. It is suitable for use on gauges, instruments, locks, and power tools and can aid maintenance of plumbing and pipe work. Packed in five litre containers, this bulk product gives greater economy and more contact time as parts that have severe corrosion can be left to soak if necessary for longer periods.
Garage Use
In this environment, Bulk Release is effective for removing head bolts, shackles, hinges, tail pipes and chains, as well as cleaning commutators, starters, distributors, brakes and clutch and speedometer cables. It not only frees jammed locks but also removes deposits from carburettor jets.
Factory and Workshops
This versatile product is used in these areas to free parts, which have become oxidised, rusted and corroded. Bulk Release will not only correct jams but also prevent further corrosion from taking place.
Boats and Marinas
Bulk Release can be used to treat corrosion and seizures with the following maritime equipment; shackle pins, cleats, bolts, bottles and winches, rigging screws, blocks and valves.
